As we count down the last 3 days to Music Day Out, the MacPherson Philharmonic Orchestra refines and perfects their repertoire. They’re hard at work every night until Music Day Out, ironing out the kinks and making sure they will put up a good performance on Sunday.
They were also joined by the Mid North Coast Youth Orchestra, who sat in for their rehearsals and played together. See if you can spot some in their purple shirts:
Our amazing composer, Sulwyn Lok, of Over the Moon, a piece written for the MacPherson Philharmonic Orchestra to represent its hopes and dreams, was also present, rehearsing together with the Chinese orchestra.
