Born in the Czech Republic, Jana Ang Fries is a musician well-versed in playing the harp. At age 14, she was one of the youngest harpists to be accepted to the Prague Academy of Performing Arts where she obtained her Master of Arts degree. Jana went on to pursue a 2nd Master’ degree in Germany where she graduated with a rarely awarded First Class honours. Since her relocation to Singapore, Jana continues to play the harp professionally with orchestras such as the Singapore Symphony Orchestra while engaging in solo performances for VIP visits, functions and weddings.
