Pop band Uber Duber hyped up the atmosphere at Chijmes Hall for Clarins’ Dinner & Dance earlier this month. It might have been a Monday, but with their great renditions of chart-topping numbers, Uber Duber dispelled any notions of a less than gleeful start to the week.
The event was themed ‘Old Hollywood Glamour’ and saw everyone dressed to the nines. Tables were named after great actors and actresses, such as Bette Davis and Audrey Hepburn to add that element of fun.
The line-up for the evening included Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars, Sugar by Maroon 5 and of course pop classics such as Wannabe by The Spice Girls and Dancing Queen by ABBA.
We love an interactive audience, and attendees of the event were exactly that. Dancing to the tune of Dancing Queen, guests gradually joined and formed an impressive human train on the dance floor.
Ending the night with a crowd favourite, Uber Duber closed the evening with Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You – much to the delight of guests at this fun-filled event.
