At Vocalise, we understand the importance of having an onsite coordinator for weddings.
Our Wedding Music Coordinator will be onsite to execute any pre-discussed special requests and ensure the seamless coordination of all musical aspects. Beyond working closely with the musicians, our Coordinator will liaise with event planners, venue staff, and other key vendors to maintain a cohesive flow of events. This careful coordination allows the couple to fully immerse themselves in their special moments without any concerns about the musical arrangements.

“Normally couples book their venue first before anything else. But for us VSQ was our first vendor. It was our key moment to finally decide that we will have our wedding in Singapore.
The first time we heard VSQ play was when we watched the candlelight concert at SEA aquarium. It was so amazing that we fell in love with it. My husband always wanted a quartet for our wedding and so we dreamt one day if they could play at our wedding.
Fast forward 6 months later to Chijmes Wedding Experience. I was engaged but we haven’t booked anything yet cause we couldn’t decide whether to have the wedding in Philippines or in Singapore. That day I decided last minute to drop by since I was already near. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and I inquired at VSQ. I immediately called my husband and told him I wanna put the reservation fee and then we can just decide later.
After putting the reservation fee, everything else just followed. We booked Chijmes, Alcove, airfare tickets and accommodations for family and just everything else. That was the start.
